Black Elk-Neihardt Park is in northwest Blair (at the
intersection of N. 19th [U.S. Highway 75] and Wright Streets –
there’s a stoplight -- turn west onto Wright, which leads into
College Drive; then follow College Drive to the top of the hill to
the T-intersection and turn left).
The Black Elk-Neihardt Park
Corporation, a 501(c)3 organization, and the Blair Parks Department work
together in planning, funding and implementing this park..
